SHIPPING

SABE MASSON (www.us.sabemasson.com) ships to the United States only. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate based on the weight of your order. The flat rates start at $4.50. See table below under SHIPPING RATES for full details.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS and, we estimate you will receive your order within 1–4 business days of its ship date.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, SABE MASSON cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As of now, we do not offer any shipping outside the United States.

All rates are via USPS and are subject to change without notice. As noted above, shipping is FREE for orders over $50. The delivery time will be 1-4 business days.

RETURNS

We accept returns initiated within 10 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To complete a return, please email [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for return. We will get back to you with further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. You may use another carrier of your choice, however we recommend that you use trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.

Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Return processing can take up to 2-3 days.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5 - 10 days to appear in your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.
